Dear Valued Supplier,

Below is the Altech Machining, Inc. quality and delivery ratings expectations. Ratings are calculated on an annual basis for all suppliers.  The performance of suppliers is evaluated based the following criteria’s:

Quality products ≥ 90% and On-Time Delivery ≥ 85%.

The following formula is used to calculate Quality ratings:

• Quality products
  • The quality rating measures the conformance of the product to the print and purchase order requirements using the calculation: (# of good parts received / # of total parts received) x 100.

The following formula is used to calculate Delivery ratings:

• On-Time Delivery
  • The delivery rating measures the timeliness of the receipt of the product compared to the purchase order due date using the calculation: (# parts received on time / total parts received) x 100.

We will work with you to ensure our ratings system is fair and equitable. However, suppliers with consistently poor ratings will be closely reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken, such as a Corrective Action Request.
